Sorry, forgot to use the nifty subject header.

For a while now there has been a group who has been developing a superset of
html, which is meant to be used in an interactive medium. This system has been
redrawn from the base level up several times, and is yet again getting
rewritten. However, with this next version (1.5) we feel relatively safe that
it is a nice base level. It does not include support for fancy graphics (3d
etc), but rather it's primary goal is to tag text and convey the intentions of
the server, allowing the client to to what it would with the text. If anybody
is interested contact me.

(BTW, its called 'EPIC (Effects Protocol for Interactive Communications', if
you have seen earlier versions wait until 1.5 is released before commenting :)
