The IETF Entity set for Latin alphabet No. 1
was only recently cooked up by the HTML WG.
While there is general agreement in the WG
that future entity sets used in HTML will
adopt the naming conventions of the non-normative
entity sets in ISO 8879:1986 (SGML), there has
not yet been agreement that HTML will adopt
all of those entity sets as they are.
