If you are using Webspace and don't mind crsating illegal worlds
you can try the
DEF +0 Rotor {
rotation 0 1 0 5.94058
speed 0.075
}

just before your cube or cylinder or whatever. It works.

Me thinks that something simple like that should be added on the
VRML1.1 spec...
