Patents/Copyrights on software are going
to hurt the industry, because it is based up the
free and open flow of information--I can optimize
your code by adding my own techniques, etc.
It shouldn't be a blood and guts, go tear-em-up
with lawsuits battle over royalties--remember GIF.
