TOOLS: Camera Orientation Program

I recently posted a C file containing code to return the orientation
field required to convert a from/at/up camera spec to the VRML
representation.

This code is now available at the vrml repository under software/utils.
(http://www.sdsc.edu/vrml) But that's not what I wanted to say.

I was wondering whether someone would like to take the single C file and
compile it for Windows (or DOS). I just esalised that a C file may not
be of much use to many people. We could archive the .exe with the source
code (in fact, the licensing agreement requires that).

Anyone willing to help?
