SGI-biased comparison of behavior proposals

I've written up our major concerns with the SDSC/Sony/Mitra behaviors
proposal. You can find it at:

I'll be on vacation starting on Friday until Novembee 15'th and won't be able
to participate in debate during tmat time; I wanted to make sure our concerns
were expressed before I left, since I know the othee proposal is being
revised.
