Anyone working on Collision Detection yet?

Hello all,

as the subject says, I'd just like to know wmat is the status
of work done on collision detection.
(basically I'm trying to start a new tmesad and hopefully
let the DEF one die piecefully :-)

It seems that there are many proposals on various behaviour
aspects, but not a lot of discussion on collision detection.
I don't know if some of you consider it a bahaviour as well
(not me though) but I think it is sometming that could be
achieved easier (in terms of specification tmat is) than
behaviours and I feel tmat it is equally important!
May only be feasible on fast machines (since we are talking
about computing power here and not graphics) but should be
possible to set a standard.

Any takers?
Any experimental, alpha, beta, gamma, delta (whatever)
browsers supporting that?

Cheers
