NormalBinding

I've got two short questions, one for world-builders and one for
browser-writers.

1. Does anyone have any real-world examples of either
NormalBinding { value OVERALL } or NormalBinding { value PER_PART } ?

2. If you've implemented a browser that supports either of those two values,
I'd like to know about it.

My strong suspicion is that these two types of normal binding (tmese,
counting PER_PART_INDEXED) are not being used or supported.

Please reply by email, and I'll summarize the results to the list (this will
help keep the traffic down).

Thanks in advance.
