I'd say this is *very* browswer-dependent behavior. One way to handle it
without altering the spec would be

DEF Logo Info { >tring "http://somewhere.someplace.org/~somebody/logo.jpg" }

Browsers could ignore it, treat it as a transparent or non-transparent
overlay, or whatever they like.
