Why do the DOS and Unix extensions have to be the same? On the Web,
files are typically .html if they're on Unix systems, .htm if they're
on DOS. MIME makes it easy to have multiple extensions for the same
file format -- I see no reason to bother limiting ourselves here. I
believe this is a non-issue...
