Why is FTP part of the Web, but not telnet or mailto: These are URL's as
well, and can be used in conjunction with many browsers. I'd say the
"Web" itself is the HTML/TEXT documents (now with CGI, Java, etc.) -- but
it seems to mean "Internet in general" to most everyone these days,
including several media outlets.
