I have to confess I was experimenting with Expires as the same time, so I
clearly fouled up the testing somewhere.

What do you mean by "special reloads"?

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
