A stupid bug from my part. I made pre2 available which fixes this and
a couple of other problems.

For anybody who got all excited by this message -- I am not officially
announcing either httpd 3.0pre1 or pre2, and hope it to be used only by
beta testers who are ready to face possible problems with this version.
