Alas, right now it does require emacs 19.xx or lucid emacs 19.xx.

It will work on the PC using OEmacs 4.1
(oak.oakland.edu:/pub/msdos/oemacs)... I will try porting it to emacs 18.59
on the Mac. (Might even be able to get the menus to work).
