A few months ago I wrote a simple robot that roamed the net just like
you propose. I *think* I've just redistributed my message describing
it to the group again (this mail software plays foul tricks upon me
:-). Since the net has grown a lot since then I might run it again
and see what problems it will run into these days. I did discover or
think of and remedy the problems with a simple-minded approach that
were mentioned on the list this time.
