Mosaic 0.12 resources change

People who already have Mosaic app-defaults files installed on their
systems should be aware that in 0.12 the class names for the following
resources:

anchorColor
visitedAnchorColor
activeAnchorBG
activeAnchorFG

...are no longer the resource names, capitalized.

In other words, in your existing app-defaults file, you should
lower-case the first letter of each of AnchorColor,
VisitedAnchorColor, ActiveAnchorBG, and ActiveAnchorFG. The 0.12
app-defaults files in the source distribution and in
/Mosaic/xmosaic-appdefaults on ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu have this change
taken into account.
