HTML.edit 1.6b3 for Mac availability

Apologies for the added noise level, but since there was an error in
recommending a Macintosh-based HTML editor (a Windows version was
recommended) and I just finished up a beta, here's a minor announcement:

#### HTML.edit 1.6 beta 3 for Macintosh ####

A Macintosh-based freeware HTML editor, which attempts to follow as closely
as possible the HTML 2.0 draft (minus forms and table support at this
time).
