Given that HTTP is a stateless protocol (erroneously, IMNVHO) I wonder what
sort of "state" is envisioned to be transmitted here.
2) Memory says that HTML+ used to have a "RENDER" element which told the
client to render a given element as another given element which the client
knew about. Where did this RENDER element go and why was it removed?
